  EXAMPLE:
Selection:
  "Accounting-General" + "Finance-General" + "Controller" + "IL, Chicagoland-South" + "IN, NW Indiana" + ">---------------Services:"
Actual Query:
  ("Accounting-General" OR "Finance-General" OR "Controller") AND ( "IL, Chicagoland-South" OR "IN, NW Indiana")
AND (">---------------Services:")  {This is the "Actual Query" processed by the server, which is based on your "Selection"}
Explanation:
  "List a resume in my search results IF and Only IF it matches ALL of my search criteria."  In other words, each individual resume is tested against ALL of your criteria.  Implicit "OR's" within drop-downs and implicit "AND's" between drop-downs are applied.
More Detail:
  In the above example the following resume would NOT be listed in your search results :
1) Any job that did NOT list the Primary Profession as either "Accounting-General" OR "Finance-General" OR "Controller".
2) Any job that did NOT list the Metro as either "IL, Chicagoland-South" OR "IN, NW Indiana".
3) Any job that did NOT list the Primary Industry as one within the "Services" sub-category.  (e.g., resumes with Manufacturers would NOT show)
Simple Logic:
  Selecting "IL, Chicagoland-South" + "AZ, Tuscon" will yield zero results, since no resume will be listed in both these locations.  Even if the candidate chose to post multiple identical resumes in multiple locations, each resume has only one location, thus ("IL, Chicagoland-South" AND "AZ, Tuscon") could not be true for any given resume.  Obviously, this would apply to Industry, Profession, Source/Type, and Area Code as well (note "Exception" below).
Exception:
  Candidates may list up to three (3) applicable Industries and up to three (3) applicable Professions.  When using drop-down menus, only the candidate's Primary Industry and/or Primary Profession are searched for matches.  To search for matches against all "listed" Industries and Professions, use the Keywords function.
